Model Vehicles - Here Are The Cars Mechanics See The Most

Vehicle reliability has improved leaps in bounds over the past few decades. Automakers have made vast improvements in quality and technology, making trips to the mechanic an increasingly rare occurrence. Why? As Consumer Reports and J.D. Power and Associates have put pressure on automakers to improve quality over the last 20 years, with Asian brands leading in quality rankings, all automakers, and especially Detroit brands, have engineered cars to legitimately last 125,000 miles and beyond.

In spite of the advancements in reliability, however, driving a few select cars from the past decade or so can still make you a familiar face at the auto repair shop for a wide variety of reasons. It is worth noting that just because these older model vehicles have had trouble, it does not mean that today's new versions that have been redesigned will have the same or similar problems.

Here are the vehicles, according to Web2Carz.com, that have a home away from home at the repair shop.
